Brighton's Preston Manor has a pet cemetery.
Tucked away in the southern corner of the walled garden is a set of animal graves established by a pet loving inhabitant in the 19th century. Beneath the undergrowth is the final resting place of 16 dogs and 4 cats, each commemorated with a small head stone and a heartfelt epitaph. Our favourite belongs to Tatters...
